DESCRIPTION:Come spend a Friday afternoon with us glazing and loading a Soda Kiln to be fired the following day. \nOpen House glaze and wadding to take place Friday from 10am-6pm any time you want to come in. \nLoading the kiln will begin at 6:00pm and we will candle the kiln overnight. \nSaturday morning we will turn up the kiln and begin the firing process. about 1-2pm we will begin adding Soda material to the kiln every 30 minutes for 4 sets. \nBring your own piece to glaze and fire – $15\nPurchase a piece from Tilted Kiln – $30

Raku is a decorative firing that can result in striking metallic and iridescent finishes. *Please note that due to the extreme fluctuations in temperatures for this style of firing pieces have a higher risk of breaking. \nBring your own piece to glaze and fire for $15 per piece\nor Purchase a pre-made piece from the studio and glaze and fire for $30 per piece. \nArrive at 9:30 for glazing and firing will go from about 10:30-12:00.
